1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Night Night ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and, where you access the Service via Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls to the extent of the conflict. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Night Night is a subscription service that generates personalized bedtime stories for children using artificial intelligence. Stories are created based on information provided by parents or guardians about their child's daily activities.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (on iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or through your account settings on nightnight.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy; refunds for direct purchases on nightnight.io are at our discretion.
5. Content Generation
Stories are generated by AI and may occasionally produce unexpected content. While we implement safety filters and content guidelines to ensure age-appropriate output, we encourage parents to review stories with their children. Night Night is not responsible for the specific content of generated stories.
6. Intellectual Property
Stories generated through the Service are owned by you. Night Night retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service. The Night Night brand, logo, and platform are our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Night Night shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
