Our story

Night Night was born from a bedtime routine.
How it started
When Noah and Delanie had their first child, Noelle, bedtime stories quickly became the best part of the day. Every night they'd curl up together and read — sometimes the same book three times in a row, sometimes making up stories on the spot about what Noelle had done that day.
Those made-up stories were always her favorites. The ones about visiting the park that morning, or the funny thing that happened at lunch, or the butterfly she chased in the garden. Real moments, turned into little adventures.
But making up a fresh, coherent, beautifully-told story every single night? That's hard when you're exhausted. So Noah — a software engineer — started building a tool that could help. Feed it the real moments from the day, pick a fun theme, and let it weave a personalized bedtime story, complete with illustrations and a warm voice to read it aloud.
Noelle loved it. Other parents loved it. And Night Night was born.
What we believe
We believe every child deserves a story that's truly theirs — built from their actual day, their real adventures, their name as the hero. Not a generic tale from a shelf, but a living storybook that grows with them, night after night.
Research shows that personalized stories help children fall asleep faster, build stronger self-identity, and develop a lifelong love of reading. When a child hears their own name and recognizes the real moments from their day woven into a magical adventure, it tells their brain: today was good, you're safe, it's time to rest. You can read more about the science on our blog.
